“What I love about Nourished is that I look forward to get my vitamins in the morning: a nice tasty gummy, who wouldn't want that. I used to forget often to get my vitamins prior to Nourished, but I never miss it now. It is great that you can customise the stack, which is really flexible. On the down side, it is not the cheapest solution, which could become difficult to justify in the current economic environment. But as long as I can, I will keep the subscription going. It complement my healthy heating just right.”

“Pretty impressed so far, looking forward to seeing how the journey progresses! Taste: The vitamins themselves taste great, I’ve tried strawberry and peach so far. Delivery: I’ve had 2 boxes, and the second box arrived a few days after my first box ran out. Third box is scheduled to arrive on time though! Effects: Feels too early for any definitive effects, but I did notice my iron level being at its highest.”

It is great to hear that your iron levels have improved. We advise to allow 8-12 weeks of consistent consumption to start to feel the benefits of your stacks ❤

We do have a whole range of ingredients that you could look into trying to see if these do suit you better! We would always recommend that should you have any concerns about your health or medication, that you should always consult with a medical practitioner before taking any vitamin or supplements. Our stacks do taste super scrumptious don't they Ray 😋

“After two months I feel as though I have more energy, improved mood and I have suffered fewer migraines. I am generally less hungry and have noticed I’ve lost fat and perhaps this is down to appetite suppression from some of the ingredients. Not sure I have felt any effects on libido yet, but we shall see! I really like the fact that my gummy vits are personalised to my lifestyle and personal goals and I am receiving supplements that I wouldn't normally have considered.”

“I really like the idea, the vitamins do seem to work well. I think it is slightly overpriced and the taste of the peach one isn't great. It has a very artificial taste. I also think the quiz maybe didn't get everything I need quite right. I'm going to try a different selection and see how that goes, and a different flavour.”

“I'm super happy with my Nourished personalised vitamin gummies so far. I love how easy the quiz is, it's a very straightforward process. Picking your preferred flavour is a major plus point too. I've also ordered some for my 9 year old and she's very happy to take them, boosting her immunity for the winter ahead. Despatch and delivery was swift.”

“Had my first monthly box and so far have been pretty impressed. I love having the ability to pick which vitamins, extracts, and even probiotics you have in your stack (with the ability to change them from month to month if you want). I would like to see either more "layers" so you have included more of the options available or to have "mixed layers" such as being able to have related vitamins in the same layer (such as combined Vitamin D and Calcium). They taste good and I have no doubt they are doing good! I think the packaging needs to be improved (I see other reviews have mentioned this as well). It would be too easily damaged in transit and not everyone would be comfortable with the box being so clearly labeled what it contains. Overall, however I've been impressed :)”

“I'm enjoying my stacks, the price is a challenge as I am already paying for a lot of prescription medication, only able to work 2 days a week and on PIP .. but I am feeling the benefit.. the leaflet that comes with them tells you what is in the stack but not what it's for which makes adjusting the supplements a bit tricky.. as can't remember what was covered.. also advice on adjustments or a follow up quiz after a box would be useful..”

“A little expensive but a great idea. I hope as they scale up these can become more reasonable in price. My daughter wasn’t keen at first because of one layer having a lemon taste. For now we cut it off (I know we shouldn’t!) and next time will change the mix a little. It’s also a shame they don’t do them for younger kids. My 3 year old gets upset she can’t have the same as her sister. Overall I fully recommend trying it once and if your kids take to it it is a great way to get vitamins down them.”

“We’ve been looking for a product that myself & my partner can both take, that would help our individual issues. The fact that these are DELICIOUS and come in a handy subscription form is just the icing on the cake. The process of building your stack is SO easy, and the options for the aspects of wellness in your vitamins are really broad. We both suffer with our ADHD symptoms, so we opted for stacks to help with focus & sharpness. I also fatigue really easily as a mum of two so I made sure there was a stack for that too. I’ve never remembered to take a vitamin in my life, before now. Highly recommended.”
