“The Gerber freeman is a good knife for an excellent price and I was really impressed by the assistance I received from your wonderful customer service department especially Sue who went out of her way to resolve some issues with the delivery. While I don't expect to buy many more knives I would certainly use your store if I did. Thanks for a really good service. John Hampson”

“Purchased a folding pocket knife a while back and my friend saw it and was very impressed by it so I thought I would purchase another as a Xmas present the stores web site was very easy to navigate and made purchases a doddle also the age security was not invasive and to be honest if more stores were as vigilant there would be less likely of such items falling into the wrong hands. This store has been excellent and I'll likely purchase from them again in the future .”

“I've wanted to purchase a strongarm for a while now, and I'm so glad I finally did! The quality of the knife has blown me away. It is sturdy, reliable, and can be tested thoroughly in a wide range of environments. “Unfortunatly when you buy from their website it appears to be all over the place, one minuit its UK then its Global, wouldn't be an issue apart from the pricing is not constant. Shipping was quick but I won't be placing any further orders with this company because I have lost trust in them.”

“Excellent service and delivery was spot on. My only gripe is that the axes are not sharp. I normally sharpen knives and axes to get rid of the 'shop' sharpen, but with the large axe, I feel that I am starting right at the very beginning. Both are sturdy and will last a lifetime.”
