“Needed a new belt pouch for a gerber multitool. The Nylon pouch available online is OK but is not like the original. For some reason you cannot get a replacement Gerber branded pouch although you still get them if you buy a new mutitool.”

“Love the product however it came a bit stiff and it would be nice to have the clip as an optional removal as I don’t want the clip and gets in the way of my pouch”

“Great blade and great weight but closing the blade is difficult. The safety catch is terrible and makes it a chore to close, you really have to force it across to close the blade. Would not buy again unfortunately.”

“Bought the Leather belt sheath for my Suspension, well made product but too much room when the top is fastened down causing a lot of movement. Need to get it altered, easy fix but Gerber should address this issue.”

“The product is good, however it was touch & go that I would receive the product before Xmas because Gerber didn’t dispatch the product until I rang up 10 days after I ordered & paid for it & said it was just one of those things. Thankyou though to DPD Uk for fast next day delivery on Xmas eve.”

“Armbar. Nearly perfect but missing two important features imho. 1. Needs a key ring loop or lanyard attachment point 2. Screwdriver needs to be lockable like the blade. Do that and it’s the perfect pocket tool.”

“The knife is great, very happy with it. Receiving it was a nightmare. I was told 4 separate dates for delivery. Which when you are waiting in for something is a real inconvenience.”

Hi Nick, your parcel was sent standard delivery with Royal Mail, not quite sure how you were given specific dates for receipt of the parcel but I am sorry you had to wait in for delivery. We received the order at 5pm and dispatched it with Royal Mail the next day. I think the delay may well be down to us receiving your order in between Christmas and New Year, and the additional public holiday on the Monday - Royal Mail were not working those days so I expect there may have been some backlog with deliveries. I'm glad the knife is good though, again sorry for the delay with delivery. Best wishes, Jude

“Great design and I’m sure if the metal is of a prescribed quality will last and wear hard and long. However I’m concerned that the manufacture of this knife exhibits all the problems associated with finish and quality you can garnish with Chinese manufacturing. I had expected that this product would be a USA produced blade - sadly not. The finish is very poor. Not detrimental to the function but lazy corner cutting in the manufacturing process. It takes the shine off the product unfortunately. In many ways the fact that they don’t mark the blade as “Gerber made in China” is indicative of the fact Gerber are not proud of their Chinese production. That leads me to the very real worry that it’s impossible to guarantee the quality of the materials used in this blade. The Chinese can not make any thing you fancy that can also print any certificate you want to see. The Chinese have very able craftsmen but regrettably they also have many confidence tricksters. Sadly I wouldn’t buy Gerber again. Not because it builds in a China but because it seeks to hide its Chinese roots in manufacturing.”

“Leather pouch is nicely made , but it's too long ...not a snug fit for my Gerber ....and part of the inside elastic interferes with the easy in-and-out of the Gerber. If I was using this everyday , the elastic would give up in no time. Dissappointed overall.”

“These are not a gerber store if you ring them they don't answer gerber store they are just a gerber stockist please don't be fooled although there service is excellent there delivery is super quick polite friendly staff overpriced buy from the USA if you can afford to wait for delivery plan ahead the overall quality of product was good but alot of plastic environmentally shocking use of plastic the feel is only OK reflecting the use of plastic the press/pop studs to attach to belt impossible to open”

“Overall service was very good. Knife is excellent however, I asked for my name to be engraved on to the blade sadly this didn’t happen. I spent time checking what font I wanted but this didn’t happen 😡”

“After some emails that I had to xchange with the customer service team because they could not verify my ID with a system that they are using and never explained to me when I asked what system is that and why they dont accept the info that i provided, they shipped the item. Are they checking us all? Who gives them this authority ? I thought there are personal data laws...”

Hi - We run an automated check to ensure that bladed products are only shipped to orders placed by persons over 18. Your order failed as the name was misspelt on the order hence the issue, which we resolved with you. As we are selling an age restricted product (knife) we have a legal requirement to ensure that you are over 18.
