Knife was not sharp on arrival but luckily it came with a sharpening stone for free guess I’m not the first to have this issue

This was bad because it said black or silver I chose silver not knowing it had less tools on it so you should put (has less tools). You guys are a joke.

Very thick leather, so unless the stitching fails I think it's should hopefully be quite long lasting and hard wearing. Unfortunately it's so much bigger than the Suspension model it's marketed as being for the multitool is actually able to come out of the case without opening the clasp - I bought this case because the tool was lost out of the original sheath, so quite unhappy with this. I've managed to use part of the old sheath to pad this one out and make the Gerber more secure, so gets 2 stars not one.

I have bought 3 Gerber Dime Multi Tool‘s, 2 as presents and 1 for myself, multi tool is great as I would expect, really disappointed about the colour coming off.

The item is great, as ever. My issue was that I paid £10 extra for next day delivery on the Monday, and did not receive it until the Thursday. The problem was the age verification process. As I had been instructed, I successfully completed the process at the point of purchase and awaited delivery. Only on the Wednesday did I receive an email from you saying that despatch was delayed because I had not completed age verification. This seems to be a case of one part of your system not communicating with the other, as I had received the email confirming age verification at the point of purchase. I think you ought to tidy up this miscommunication. My £10 fee for next day delivery was wasted, and it messed up my plans to give the item as a gift at a specific time.

Paid for 24 hour shipping. Arrived four days later. Absolutely pathetic customer services who offered a lame excuse and no goodwill gesture to refund postage. I ordered the Gerber Truss which I'm quite disappointed with. Blade isn't as sharp as it should be and overall feel and quality is far below expectations. The whole episode has left a bitter taste I'm my mouth.

I bought the centre drive multi tool in black with bit set and webbing pouch. I haven't had the tool for long but it appears to be well made and feels robust in the hand. The pouch on the other hand looks ok however the stud fastener is not strong enough to hold securely. The first time I wore the pouch on my belt it came undone when I got out of my car. Luckily I felt it come loose but that was nearly the quickest £150.00 I threw down the drain. Gonna hit Amazon or Silvermans for a pouch without stud fasteners.

It’s not for me. The blade and saw combo does not really work for woodland skills, in my opinion. The blade section is too short and poorly positioned: you would not be able to knock the blade through a piece of wood (to make a woodland mallet or tent pegs, for example) and the saw is only suitable for saplings (as, to be fair, Bear points out). So, I am not really sure what purpose the knife serves. Plus, the design of the knife and the chunky and large scabbard is, for me, pretty ugly, the sort of brash design with a young lad might think was great. A much better option (and a good deal cheaper is the Mora Light My Fire knife (but, again, the orange design is pretty grim): it has a super sharp blade (my grown-up nephew nearly sliced his finger off yanking the blade from the scabbard) and the same provision of a steel in the knife handle (actually, it’s much better than the one supplied with the BG Gerber knife). Failing that, try Gerber’s brilliant multi tool (excellent saw and blade).

I ordered two of the same product and only one arrived. I rang customer services who could only apologise as there was only ever one product in stock and someone should of informed me at the time but never did. Consequently I had to find another present very quickly.

The delivery was good but the quality of the penknife I bought is poor. The metal on the scissors is too thick to be useful for anything and when you open the penknife up completely to use the pliers, the handles rub against one another which both removes the black paint coating and ends up actually sharpening one of the corners of the handle.

Ordered December 10, recieved a confirmation of order but no shipping confirmation. A week after I sent an inquiry on my order and was told that one item is out of stock. I was given an option of sending what is available and then send the other when it becomes available. Since it is supposed to be a present for Christmas, i agreed that they send me what is available. U til now it is still not delivered.

I purchased the knives as a gift for my best men and groomsman. I thought, what with Gerber being a recognised brand, I would get high quality packaging. Instead, I get very cheap cardboard and plastic packaging which had been opened and then celotaped back together due to the engraving I requested. The knife itself seems high quality but it doesn't look anywhere near the money I paid for it. I'm not quite sure how to present them to my friends as I certainly can't use the packaging it came in.

Hi Adam Apologies for the product not being up to scratch, select models are only available in blister packaging so we need to cut open to engrave the item. Very sneaky how they automatically put you down for "express delivery" without being asked! I missed this and ended up being charged an extra £1 for a delivery that turned up at the same time it normally would anyway. The Prices are not cheap anyway and this just added to the feeling of being overcharged! The website was not easy to navigate through either. Oveall I think I will look elsewhere in the future! Merry f@#$ing Christmas.

We offer 3 services for UK delivery: Express, Standard & Next Day by 1pm. Standard is free over £30, Express is £3.99 and Next Day is £6.99, just select the service you prefer in the drop down menu in the basket. Thanks
