“Excellent service and delivery was spot on. My only gripe is that the axes are not sharp. I normally sharpen knives and axes to get rid of the 'shop' sharpen, but with the large axe, I feel that I am starting right at the very beginning. Both are sturdy and will last a lifetime.”

“Customer service is second to none, I was after a replacement open button for my Automatic Pliers that I had over 15 years and they didn't have a button spare. But they did replace with a brand new Diesel Pliers. Fantastic service,best I have had ever. I emailed the wrong place first and they sorted that out for me. I have a couple of other Gerber products and won't be using anyone else in the future. First Class”

“I have found customer service excellent and I would definitely recommend. Royal Mail lost my item, but customer service sorted this out within minutes and gave me a choice of replacement or refund I chose replacement and it was posted the same day excellent service”
