“Needed to replace my Multitool as an EDC. Reviewed online and found the Gerber Multitool to be a perfect replacement. Not used it too much but it feels great and the various tool options will easily cover any outdoor requirements.”

“Absolutely fantastic products. I have been buying gerber knives for over 40 years (from various outlets) and have never been disappointed. The quality, style handling and durability have always been excellent. Although I have only recently started buying from the dedicated gerber store, I am delighted that the online store, has the same level of care and service they put into their knives. The website is easy to navigate and the product I recieved is an exact match with the website photo. The knife was well packed, despatched quickly and I was notified of its progress at every stage. Also the customer care is also brilliant. Accidentally I had ordered and paid as a guest without "logging into" my account. But with a quick email the staff found my orders, connected them to me and added them to my online account within a day. I highly recommend the Gerber-Store for its efficiency, ease of navigation and service it gives. Thank you to all at the Gerber-Store, for an easy transaction and brilliant customer service.”

“Quick , efficient and a top product to boot. The tool I bought was for my best friend, a 55 year old and a fitter and turner to trade. He is going out of his way to show off his new acquisition to anyone who will take notice. The engraved blade was the cheery on top. Again, thank you.”

“Been using these type of craft knives for years though I'd try the gerber, very impressed so far very small and compact only downside is the screws are very small and fiddly drop it once and you might need another one ! Seen nowhere to replace them 9/10 so far”

“The knife I wanted was showing in stock. I placed my order and received a confirmation email. A few days later I received notification of a full refund to my payment card. I received no notification email or any communication to explain why this had happened. I assumed the knife was no longer available but I never received notice of this. So all in all this is poor customer service. I have purchased from the website in the past without any problems.”
