“The earphones that I ordered were appalling. Whilst using them on a phone call they would make high pitched screeching noises on the other end of the call. And within a week of having them, one earphone stopped working, and so did the microphone. Not impressed at all”

“I ordered 2 earphones only got 1, called customer service I was told that they would send another , never got it. Called customer service again and was told that I should send a picture of the package. Told the lady why was I never told this in the first time I called , now obviously I don't have the package anymore. Told to sent an email for investigation, please the earphones cost £5, don't have time to be chasing no need to lie for something that is so cheap just wanted what I paid for, simple. Never ordering again nothing from it, keep the money looks like you need more than me.”
