Haven’t managed to even get these to work. After having Apple AirPods which I lost I thought I’d give these a go.. what a waste of money ☹️ Can only get one to work no matter what I do/try.

I worked out that it needed a plug I amazingly had. So it wasn't so easy to put together and you only get two stickers to find the right place on the window. Good luck.

I received AirPods from your website 2 weeks ago and one of the AirPods doesn’t charge anymore and I tried going on YouTube and seeing what it could be and I’ve tried all of tips on there and it still isn’t working so I would like a refund

Hi Vere, Please ensure you have connected a power source to your AV adapter aswell as the HDMI cable, This port is located on the device at the side of the HDMI port & resembles an iPhone 5/6 charging cable, this then needs to be plugged in to a plug socket. Also, it is perfectly normal for you to see a barcode on your screen. If you should see this please refer back to your device and click 'Trust this device'.
