“When I connect the Air Pod as this is what it shows up as in Bluetooth only the right is connecting, when I put the right one back in the case the left one connects. When I put the right one back in which having both in my ears the left one stops working

“Ordered a pair of glasses at 8pm we had thought lost. Typically, we found them immediately after placing the order! Within 10 minutes I had searched for instructions on how to cancel an order placed outside of business hours and emailed as directed. At 8.40am the following day, I received an email informing me that it wasn’t possible to cancel my order as it had already been processed. About 40 minutes later, an email told me the order had been shipped. Stars given as product was fine and delivery was within a couple of days. Stars deducted due to cancellation not happening despite following instructions on website and inflexible and unhelpful customer service.”

“Ordered an item with two day delivery and it was sent in 3 days and dispatched a day late even though I ordered it in the morning. Product I ordered looks like something straight from China, poorly made and mass produced. Other than that no issues.”
