“Your website is very poor and unhelpful. Questions are set and are repeated all the time, does not give any options. Long waits on the phone”

“Hi Once I got through on the phone (35mins) the guy I spoke to was super we got through the paper work in double quick time and within the hour I see received the email of the policy super Please ignore the years as this was by telephone”

“First month payment went out but not took my second month's payment. So just waiting I've checked my emails to see if there's a problem. I can't seem to chat over the phone it just keeps ringing and cutting off. But if there's no problem I rate 5 stars suppose o should had waited before my review maybe they'll go for my payment tomorrow”
