“I came across Hastings Direct when looking for quotes for car insurance as my renewal was due. I was on money supermarket and among the quotes was Hastings Direct which turned out to be a very good price compered to my renewal quote for comparable cover. It was a no -brainer decision to accept the quote but I was a bit sceptical about doing the transaction online as I don't normally do renewals online. However I needen't have worried as it was pretty straightforward and you have the opportunity to peruse everything before you proceed. Everything was done quite quickly and a couple of days later I recieved all the policy paperwork by post which I like to have. I would have no hesitation using Hastings Direct again and would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying Insurance!”

“Was so easy to do online. Had a very helpful man answer the phone when I realised I’d put my email in wrong. He was very polite and pleasant to talk to too and overall helpful, making sure I didn’t need any other help and staying on the phone until I had made sure it was all fixed.”

“My insurance policy is a good price for first time insurance. I have a black box that tells me ways to improve my driving such as breaking a bit too hard sometimes. Though, I've been using it just under a week and have noticed that it tracks phone use (understandably) though it has tracked my sister using my Bluetooth for music in the car. Hopefully this doesn't cause problems but other than that I'm very pleased so far.”
