“I’ve had insurance with Hastings Direct for a while now and I can honestly say they’ve been great. I’ve never had any problems – they always reply quickly, are super friendly, and very understanding, especially since English is not my first language.
Recently, someone damaged my car and Hastings Direct handled everything from start to finish. They sorted out a replacement car, took care of all the paperwork, and the insurance payment was made really quickly. I’m really impressed with how smoothly everything went.
