“I asked for an explanation of your black but deataquils were refu7sed , i hoped toi get these in the policy document but unfortunately more vague waffle.. we will see.
recieved e-mail saying that i was not sharing data as required. i replied saying the car had not moved as i was abroad. unread. phoned when i returned to country but there was confusion over app.”

“I’ve given Hastings Direct 3 out of 5. They were the cheapest of an expensive bunch when I took out my policy, but it still felt far too costly. I had previously crashed into a tree due to a flooded road under another policy, and despite it not feeling fully my fault, I ended up losing my no-claims discount. The whole thing makes the insurance system feel unfair and overpriced. Hastings were acceptable overall, but the outcome has left me disappointed.”

“I could not change start date of policy so I had to call. It was a long process of cancelling one policy and doing another. This was a little bit more expensive. Lovely person fron call centre sorted it for me.”
