“Having had a no fault accident and my NCD reinstated I was more than a little surprised to receive a renewal quote of almost double my previous years payment. When I telephoned to query this I was told due to the cost of living etc that was the best price they could quote when I stated that I was not prepared to pay such an increase they could suddenly find a mysterious £50 discount. Still too expensive and to add insult to injury I had to pursue the 3rd party insurers myself to get my £570 excess returned all in all certainly not the easy or trouble free experience I was expecting. Sorry go skippy but you just lost customer.”
