One of your colleagues suggested that my
Ncd was autofill updated by moneysupermarket to 10 years after I keyed in 4 years on your site. I noticed the
discrepancy on the welcome message after paying for the policy and this mistake caused stress and an extra payment. Please seriously look into this and sort the problem of autofill. Your staff were always
helpful, polite and professional, however.”

“Great deal compared to my current insurance. Would have given 5 ***** but I would have preferred my annual (full) payment taken out on date the insurance was due or day before, not 2 weeks before . It's a lot of money to part with. You can't even wait till nearer the time of when your insurance is due as the companies put up their prices. Easy website to navigate. Can't say anymore as my insurance doesn't start till 3rd Feb.”
“I cancelled my car insurance with go Skippy and was paying for my car insurance by monthly direct debit and when I canceled i got a email stating that I owed them £229 for the cancellation fee which I think is a bit much and when I
called to ask about this they said they would send me a breakdown of the charge so basically they want me to pay for the remaining 4 months of my insurance very bad company and not very helpful over the phone .”
