Call you back again and sorted my insurance out after 25 minutes, I think on gocompair page you should say there is a administration fee if you call to do insurance as its a bit miss selling I think”

“Had trouble to buy policy online with the quote - Internet issue during payment. Customer service didn't help me to restore my payment. In fact my final price grow up by additonal phone payment fee and they added something more to the policy, but I was too tired to sort it out, because I was already full day on the phone with them.”

“I phoned Go Skippy as the link in my renewal quote did not work. It took ages to get through and then I spoke to someone and confirmed my details then got passed to renewals team and confirmed my information again. I queried why the arrangement fee on the renewal quote was £39.99 yet the year before it was £3.57 but was told that this was the underwriter and nothing could be done. I asked if they could resend me the link to renew my quote as it takes ages over the phone but they couldn't. Spent a while going through all the details and now have insurance. To be fair it is the cheapest I've found.”

“It was very difficult to get through to your phone line, I requested options for payments such as a possibility to make payments monthly, to be told this would increase my insurance quote by a lot and I would also have to pay a deposit.
After being put through to the payment line, I struggled to understand the person on the other end.
It was not an easy renewal for sure.”
