“I found Go Skippy whilst trawling all of the 'big name insurers' and quickly discovered that I didn't need to pay the extortionate amount that my previous providers were asking from a 'loyal customer'. They couln't in my opinion justify the 60% increase in premium that they were asking. They did the usual "let's see if we can get some discount for you" but still came back with a price that was easily beaten by 26 other companies on a comparison website. Go Skippy however came out on top and I was able to get virtually the same cover for much less of my money, (I think I might have to pay a bit more to upgrade my breakdown cover) but I am still 'quids in'. To top it off, the agent who I spoke with clinched the deal even though he was all the way in S. Africa with his pleasant helpful and very informed advice. He was very clear and articulate which helped me as an older person in understanding all that he was telling me. I believe he was called Sibusi and I would say that he is well worth mentioning and every penny/rand that he earns. An ambassador for good customer care and Company representation, well done him!! If certain well known Lager manufacturers did auto insurance customer service, then yours via (Sibusi) is the standard that they would want to achieve -- 'Probably'.”
