When I took go Skippy a curtisy car was part of the deal but when you make a claim the don't want to give you one and claim it's not part of your policy . I have been waiting over a week to find out what is going on with my car which was road worthy and drivable and I spoke to police mechanics even the recovery team who pick the car up all claimed the car is not a right off and is repairable but go Skippy who haven't even looked at the car seem to think it is . I could have had the car fixed my self so I don't really sea the point in their company they just want to false advertise and take your money without providing the help they promise .

I'm very disappointed with the service this time using Go Skippy. They were useless at checking my Driving Licence details despite me sending the info multiple times and then they found a discrepancy so wanted to charge me more money and a ridiculously high admin fee. Annoying, but fine. I looked around and found cheaper car insurance elsewhere so decided to cancel Go Skippy and as I'm just outside the 14 day cooling off period, they are charging me £75 to cancel. Maybe all the delaying on their part was to con customers out of more money.....won't be using again.

Do not entertain , shoddy company , especially the customer service which takes well over 25 mins when I have had to call, which makes me laugh when I read great customer service (answers the phone in seconds ) mmm I think the member of staff who may of wrote this is telling a few lies for a few office browny points . Numerous errors to set up my policy , ended up showing cheapest on line , to then go up another 200 when they all of a sudden added for reasons I find redicolous , then did not set my direct debit up, to them send me a warning letter saying my policy would be cancelled . Wanted to cancel from the beginning , asked member of staff the procedure. Obviously did not no as I was left on hold for what felt like another eternity, to then be told I would be charged a small fortune even though my policy was only live for a month. Seriously can’t wait for my years insurance to end to get a way from this joke . Never experienced anything like this in the 25 years I’ve had insurance. No thanks at all . ME

I HAD A POLICY WITH THEM COUPLES OF MONTH AGO AND I NEED TO CANCEL IN BETWEEN. THEY CAHGE ME LOT OF FEES CANCELLATION FEE, ADMINISTRATION FEE AND SO ON. DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF MY MONTHLY INSTALLMENT. DONT GO WITH THEM

This company is an absolute scam and waste of time. I am furious with the level of service I have received. The customer service is non-existent and having to wait to actually speak to someone on the phone is comparable to banging my head on the wall. Not only did I have to wait over an hour to speak to someone on the phone, and have next to no resolution, but the phone call was cut off abruptly by the call team when I was referred to speak to the sales department. I was looking to insure my car with them and after mistakes were made, somewhat on their part, I was left with disappointment and confusion. An additional £500 was quoted to me after saying I had to change my additional driver’s details, which in fact worked in my favour, as he has been driving for longer than what was on their records originally. I cannot and will not accept this. On top of all that, I am being scammed further by saying if I want to cancel I will have to wait 28 days to be reimbursed. This is ridiculous, and their competitors would laugh in the face of this absolute scandal. The care team were useless and unhelpful, constantly transferring my call to other departments as they seem to only think about lining their pockets and not of the value of customer service. It was disgusting, and I will not be recommending them to anyone, in fact I am taking this to the ombudsman.

I’m disgusted with what you charged me for opting out of my policy your customer service team has given me misleading information you should be ashamed how you work your company are robbers and should not be allowed to continue as a insurance company

My insurance was suppose to renew this month I did not get any email or notification asking to renew...no NO CLAIMS DISCOUNT...nothing at all...I have missed out on a year NO CLAIMS...I have changed insurance company now GO SKIPPY and "GO SKIP" to the loo lol

This company is a fuckin con everyone one of them lie tryin to take a policy out with them kept getting hanged up been told lies.been waiting and waiting no returns ur call and the customer service people are rude can’t even speak proper English. u call them a insurance company more like fucking time wasters and liars.everyone beware.never use them.plonkers

Paid afee to go skippy. They responded with debt collectors. provided proof of payment, they ignored it and sent more debt collectors. Zero help from customer services. Issue is likely going to be taken to court.

Been with GoSkippy for 1 year I have no problems but had my renewal through today called them to not automatically renew my policy the lady asked my why told her I found a cheaper quote £600 cheaper she said ok no problem I will lapse this policy for you. Didn’t even try to do anything to keep my custom.

Very bad customer service! I have been with them for three years and wanted to change my car details as I had a new car but the people I have spoken with were very unhelpful and gave me different quotes and wanted to take as much money as they can from me! No recommended

My insurance was £360, after a year the renewal quote was £1,750. GoSkippy said its because my car was 21 years old and no company will touch it. I let it expire then started NEW policy with them immediately for £380. This year the renewal quote was £1480 so I went to go compare and found loads of companys under £500 and got insured for £340. I asked GoSkippy to provide NCB Proof that includes the policy number as my new company requires and they flat out refused and told me to tell my new insurance company to phone them for details as they WILL NOT provide me with Proof containing policy number. When I phoned GoSkippy I was kept on hold for 14 minutes, then someone verified my details and transfered me to another department where they put me on hold for another 8 minutes before taking my details that I had just given 20 minutes ago. , and then refusing to help. Stay Away from GoSkippy. They are useless, unhelpful and rude

Paid for the car insurance and received policy on my registered account so thought all was well. One month later to my horror found that my policy had been canceled with no warning by email; money paid not refunded and all my policy details looking fine on my account. An absolutely terrible company that has left me in very worried that a summons will be coming through my door because of no fault of my own. If you use this company beware !
