“Awful company, I asked them to cancel my insurance for 6pm on the 31st October due to their change in vehicle price almost doubling other company’s. They cancelled it for 00:00 on the 31st October and I got into a dispute involving my car at 5:45 and was told I was not insured. The communication on the phone with this company is absolutely disgraceful and I am not quite sure how they have 5 star ratings”
