“Please people I am begging you don't waste money paying this insurance company GoSkippy. They will not help you no matter how much right you have and you didn't do anything wrong. I just had an accident a car hit me while I was stopping and everyone from the car services where I've been to ask for opinions they say that is very obvious that my car was hit and I am not guilty: the best thing that GoSkippy is doing for me is to accept the blame 50% - 50% it is outrageous and I don't have enough words to describe you how much it hurt me when I know that I am not guilty with anything but becuae GoSkippy they are incompetent and they don't want to do their job to help me they just accept the 50% - 50%. I know that Karma works and I am counting on the fact that this unfair situations that they created me it will hunt them. You can't imagine what bitter taste I have after this very bad experience with GoSkippy: they kept sending me from one company to another from Enterprise to Cougar where I had to go in Luton for them to asses the damage to my car then I was contacted by Incident Management Solutions which they wanted to written off my car and come and collect it without actually knowing that GoSkippy they are accepting the blame 50% - 50% and if I accepted them to come and collect my car I was left without my car and with no money (p.s. read please also reviews ... the real ones with 1 star for Incident Management Solutions). I am hurt, I am sad and I can't believe it that UK became so unfair country to accept these kind of companies like GoSkippy acting with no shame, no ethic and unprofessional and ignorant s.”
“I sent GoSkippy my insurance details 4 times, provided them with everything they wanted- called customer service to ensure this and was reassured they had received the emails.
They've just cancelled my policy, and i cant afford to start a new one with anyone else (being a 21 year old apprentice) and they're saying there is "nothing they can do"”

We bought a new car and contacted them to swap the insurance over. Now, I understand there will be a difference in price, but this was just ridiculous! We were paying £32 a month originally for a Diesel 7 seater, and knowing we are tied in for another 10 months they bumped it up to £46 for our new 5 seater, petrol! “Go skippy are cheap. Unfortunately, my partner was in a car accident on the motorway last week and go skippy have been less than helpful! Everything is outsourced to different companies, nobody seems to know who deals with what, 4 days later the car is still in a police lock up, my partner is without a car and can’t work as it involves driving, and goskippy have been useless.. although they don’t explain the details of their policies we found out today that a class a car (ford ka) is all we’re entitled to whilst the car (jeep Cherokee) eventually gets fixed. Also, you only get it for a maximum of 14 days! Despite someone driving into the back of you! We definitely won’t be using them again!”

Good initial price which is why they appear at the top of most Comparison sites but they get you on their administration fees.
If you don't have to change any details such as Employment, Vehicle or Address and as long as you never have to make a claim they could be the ones for you but don't say the reviewers here did not warn you should you need to change any information on your policy.
As an example I recently sold my 2007 1.0 Matiz and replaced it with a Kia Rio 2016 1.1 EcoDynamics and that change alone cost me £431!
If you change your address online it costs you £70.
If you cancel as i tried to do after learning of the cost to change a vehicle it will set you back £560!
Avoid like the Plague and if you ever have an insurance quote show up on a Comparison site then make sure you check who they operate under. If it's Eldon Insurance then run a mile!”
