Do not ever get insurance with this company. They are completely unprofessional and careless.
I was with them for almost 2 years, sadly. My first year I paid $222 monthly, then $141 the next year. I was initially renewed at $119, and then three months later they called me saying, “Oops, we calculated it wrong, it’s actually $141.”
Imagine an insurance company in this day and age not being able to calculate a basic premium correctly.
Recently, I emailed them to inform them that I changed my car. They told me not to worry and that my policy would renew automatically.
Next thing I know, I wake up to an email saying my insurance was CANCELLED.
No warning. No proper communication. Just cancelled.
This company is unreliable, disorganized, and does not care about their customers. They put you at serious risk by giving false information and then canceling coverage without properly handling the situation.
