“Have been with them since January, all i want to do is get a quote for a change of vehicle. Called on Saturday and was told i would get a call back Monday, today is Wednesday, no call. I've had to call them and they still cant get me a quote! No apology at all for the delay, tried to tell me it takes 24/48 hours, I advised its over that and he said 'working hours' as in I must count a whole day as 8 working hours only! Come on!!! That's laughable. So on that basis it would take a whole week to get a quote from them! What if i needed to drive away with the car today?? I have worked in insurance for 22 years.....a referral on a change of vehicle does not take a week. And i would be in major trouble if someone cancelled their policy because we hadn't provided a quick enough quote or given terrible customer service! No one higher available to speak to, surprise surprise. I will have to cancel the policy and go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.”
