“Ive been trying to cancel my insurance since Friday 6th Oct. Phone isn't answered, email reply is automated - no call back, no human reply whatsoever. And the web site doesnt work properly due to 'technical difficulties'.
I no longer have to car but cant cancel the insurance. So maddening.”

The premium was the most competitive and was the first one not to have a problem because I had a new, newly registered car - some other household insurance names enjoyed popping an extra £700 because they couldn't find the car after forcing me to go through all the details again. Also I was not heavily penalised for including my partner on the insurance (effectively £50 more than compared to the next best provider who wanted an extra c£300).”
