“Had to wait quite a while to get through to customer services, but once connected, got the help I needed and purchased on-line.
Interestingly, I'm now on my third policy this year, all underwritten by BISL / RAC and administered by the same call centre. All have been very cheap to entice you in as a new customer, then fleece you when you make a change (e.g. add a learner driver or when that learner driver passes test. Shame the industry preys on customer inertia to rip off existing customers when they make changes.”

Maybe ask your customers to review your product at the end of the policy as for me it’s a little too soon to say for sure if a 4 star rating is justified.”
