“wouldnnt even give them one star !! cancelled my policy claiming not to have been sent any documents (which they have been sent emails, and we have received read receipts) and are not going to refund fairly - taking nearly half of what a years insurance cost for 2 months use - girl who answered the phone was useless and APRIL the supervisor was unfair and tried to palm off responsibility to every one she could possibly think of. dreadful, dreadful service and theyve not heard the last from us - will take to the small claims court. do not use this insurance as youll regret it. crooks!”
