The actual phone conversation was very smooth, and if there had been an attachment with my policy I would have given you 5 stars, but I'm afraid I can't.”
“Terrible customer services charged £280 to change address.. told the manager on the phone when the policy ended I would never insure a car with them again. Yet when the policy ended the automatically renewed it and took money with out authority from my bank even though I allready had a new policy. 2 hours of phone calls being bullied saying that on my recorded call saying I will never insure a car with you company ever again and they was a bunch of crooks ect when the policy ends I want you to end it IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH BECAUSE I DID NOT USE THE WORDS I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW. Never heard of something so crooked clearly don't care about customer satisfaction very very unhappy with my whole experience don't insure your vehicle with this company definitely will do anything to charge you more money for petty little things !!”
