“Your insurance was the best value for its inclusive services and price. The website from a search engine recommended you, however when I clicked the link to the website it made me go through another application and brought up a larger price, however I was able to navigate back out of this but it was a little disconcerting as the prices were very different. Managed to purchase at the lower price though, so I was happy.”

“Be aware that if you make an error when setting up the policy on-line e.g. policy driver vs entitled to drive this cannot be corrected by Go-Girl. The customer has to go back in and cancel the current policy and re-apply, making the correction. Go-Girl cannot guarantee the policy price will be maintained. Go-Girl did reduce the charge levied which was kind but it's a shame a small correction could not be made. I can imagine this mistake is made often where it assumes the person entering the details will be the policy holder.”
