“I needed to insure my daughter after she had just passed her test. Go Girl's website and quotation process seemed easier than most and whilst the cost wasn't the cheapest (Although it was very competitive) it was the additional services that sold it to me.”

“If I could rate them a 0 I would. Called to find out about my renewal quote, greeted by a rude call handler, unclear advice and confusion through lack of communication on the company's side. I was also given three completely different prices (£823, £954 and £1067) and no one could tell me why. Decided to go with another insurer and save myself the hassle of dealing with GoGirl. Avoid at all costs!! Nothing but hassle with them!!”

“I had a query about the policy I was applying for online. I called customer services and they were extremely helpful. This is my first insurance policy so some of the wording and terminology was new to me. The customer services assistant offered me full explanations and made me feel totally at ease and we completed the process.”

“I have had 3 car policies with Swinton for several years each year each premium gets higher despite no claims and increased no claim discount we recently swapped a Mercedes over to Go Girl saving £450 a year. My second car is coming up for renewal in May and I have just cancelled my renewal with Swinton and insured with Go Girl saving £300. My third car is due for renewal in July and I will be changing that over too and just to confirm the saving is for a LIKE FOR LIKE POLICY in fact one of the policies we have a lower excess !!! You have to be mad not to get a quote from this company !!!”
