“Be aware that if you make an error when setting up the policy on-line e.g. policy driver vs entitled to drive this cannot be corrected by Go-Girl. The customer has to go back in and cancel the current policy and re-apply, making the correction. Go-Girl cannot guarantee the policy price will be maintained. Go-Girl did reduce the charge levied which was kind but it's a shame a small correction could not be made. I can imagine this mistake is made often where it assumes the person entering the details will be the policy holder.”

Go Girl have so little communication between departments that I wonder some times if they are even in the same country.
My partner has had to phone three times to three different departments so allow me to speak on her behalf. I tried phoning today regarding an open claim to which I was greeted by a cocky man telling me that he can only speak to my partner, even though I was the one who put the claim in, on her behalf (as she works long hours). I told him that she has phoned several departments telling them that I can speak for her, but obviously I did not know that their lack of communication between departments was so bad. So I guess my partner has to use up her dinner break now to tell, YET ANOTHER department, that I can speak on her behalf. Heaven forbid that they actually phone their colleagues.
This is not a company, just a LOAD of departments that are not even connected.”
