“It would appear that no one at Go Girl takes note of emails advising them of the fact that renewal will not happen. They just ignore you and send renewal documents regardless. Question: how many men does it take to change a light bulb. Answer: Not as many as it takes for Go Girl to take notice of a customers wishes.”
