2. Portal does not work
3. 30 min wait to get through on the phone
4. promised to email me documents directly (as the portal isn't working at the moment)
5. Had lost my Direct debit details after initially setting them up so had to redo them
6. emailed me... a link to the (not working) portal to not be able to register and therefore not get the policy docs I asked for
