About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“Everything from Gazegill Organics tastes like it did when I was a child. The prices are very, very good for what you get. I even bought a large joint of Brisket recently and I absolutely could not believe the flavour that came from. In contrast, Brisket from supermarkets is like old leather and tasteless. Slow cook the meat for about 4 hours plus. The result is like you're dining in a high class restaurant. There are only three of us and we're making the joint last for three Sunday Roast dinners. There's plenty and a bit left over for a couple of sandwiches the next day. Honestly, you won't regret your purchase. Buy a few different things and decide on what you're happy with for the price. Excellent service! No complaints here. Just a happy, well-fed, (and healthily fed) family.”

“Hi. I have been very pleased with the organic meat (and raw organic milk that I receive regularly from my daughter). Meat so tender, tasty, and ‘melt in the mouth’ chicken. Will always recommend this. Organic farmers need our support when there is so much against them from GM crops, bulk dangerous fertilisers and a government subsidies system that rewards non-organic farming.”
