“First time user, picked up my van at Heathrow T5. Dropped off at T3. No problems at either end. I even added 6 weeks to my contract hire. Will definitely use them again. A pretty hassle free way of hiring a vehicle.. 😁”

“Very helpful staff ,the cars are very clean and well looked after. The price was as expected, less than a lot of other car rental places With no hidden costs , I collected the car from them ,although they would have dropped it off for me, and they were very polite and professional”

“Rented a van at very short notice. Very easy process both picking up and dropping off. They let me leave my push bike there which was convenient. Polite and friendly people. Second time I've used them and will do so again.”

“I have been hiring cars in UK and Europe since the 1970's and the recent service from Gatwick Car & Van Rental was the best ever. I picked up dropped off the car hassle free at Heathrow Terminal 3. The car was exactly what we ordered [no unwelcome "upgrades"] in perfect condition with only 2000 miles on the clock. Gatwick Car & Van Rental offer excellent value for money car hire service well below the cost of the car hire majors and I would recommend them for short or long long term car hire anywhere in south east England.”

“Don't be fooled by the name, Gatwick car and van rental also services Heathrow. Travelling from Australia for a 5 week stay in the UK, we saved $2000 compared to the big rental companies. At that price I did have some concerns about potential downsides but no need to worry. The car was an immaculate, almost new Mercedes, the communication from Adnan clear and the customer service excellent. Kelvin met us at the airport, quick run down on the car, sign the (electronic) paperwork and on our way within 20 minutes. The rental return, Kelvin picked up the car from our hotel. Again a quick and easy process.”

“I hired a transit for a one day house move. Sunday collection was convenient for me and kept the price down. Online booking was quick and easy. The staff were helpful and friendly and the pick up and drop off was quick and efficient with all the paperwork being digital so I had a full record of the hire on email instantly. The van was very clean and great to drive. I will definitely hire from them again. Very pleased 😁👍”

“best prices by a long shot. even though they are not based 'at' the airport, they are just a few minutes from Gatwick north terminal and will pick up / drop off at the airport. easy-going, fast and friendly service. Have used them twice now and will go back again.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. From friendly staff who really want to help you, to excellent low mileage vehicles, one could not ask for more. The rate we were quoted beat any other by a country mile with no sacrifice on quality and benefits and the car we had was superb. Really liked the fact that the fuel tank needed to be at the same level when the car was returned, negating the last minute rush to fill the tank on returning the car. We will definitely have no hesitation in using this company again. What a pleasure!”
