“Initially my order for nematodes was accepted by another address, even though the correct address was quite clear as shown on the post office photograph. Gardening-naturally were excellent in their response and a replacement package was depatched the day I phoned and received the very next day. Thank you to them and particularly Daisy, who dealt with my query. An excellent result in these times of too often negative support. Top marks to G-N. Richard H.”
