“It's way too soon to fulfil your request in full, but the 'Thermacrop' looks pretty much as expected and arrived reasonably quick enough in good condition, - no problems.”

“Bought 10 apple biodegradable trays. Was dissapointed as so thin and not strong enough, also can not be stacked to save space.Something like the egg boxes would be the stronger option when put into the tray shape. I did expect a far greater item from Gardening Naturally.”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. I will pass this along to our product development team for them to be aware of. If you would no longer like the trays, these can be returned to us for a refund as long as they are in a new, unused condition. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards Gardening Naturally

“I ordered 2 different Nematodes . One for Ants and one for Leatherjackets. They arrived together on the 20th September The latter had a use by date of 14th Oct but the Ants had a date of 24th Sept. As we were away from the 19th Sep for 1 week following they are now out of date and assume effectively useless. So not happy at all to get short dated product.”
