“So I bought hoops, clips and netting to make tunnels. The hoops come with anchors. The anchors do not fit with the hoops supplied so I am pushing the hoops directly into the ground. Other than that all seems good.”

Hi, Thanks for your message. The anchors that are supplied with the green hoops are designed to be incredibly tight fitting, this is to prevent the green rod from going through the entire anchor. For tight fitting anchors, we would advise that the anchors are soaked in warm water to allow them to be slightly more malleable to fit onto the ends of the rods. Alternatively, they can be used without as you have mentioned if this is easier. Please let us know if you have any questions. Kind regards Gardening Naturally

“I needed to request that courier park on the road and not on the shared drive. Gardening Naturally staff member passed this request to the courier who did the honours. They also enclosed a catalogue as per my request, at no extra cost. The product itself is excellent: Hessian cut from a roll. It is this personal customer service that means repeat business and customer recommendations. Too many firms insist on remote social media-style contact or they do not answer emails: I don't give these firms my business. Keep treating customers like real human beings and you cannot go far wrong. Keep up the good work GN!”

“Would have been 4 star had it not been for some poor customer service especially when compared to other companies with whom I have recently had dealings. The speed of reply to queries was good but the execution of a resolution was poor. 16th April. As a result of this review I was contacted by Debbie from gardening naturally and my issue was resolved within 24 hours. Thanks to Debbie for sorting it quickly. Just for clarity, I have no issues with the quality of the purchases so far and were it not for this hiccup in customer services, my review would have been higher scoring. I will be using this company again.”

“Ideal plant caddy to wheel around large heavy pot plant outside. Easy to move in and out of the shade as required. Has sturdy little wheels which can be locked. The dark grey looks good under my light grey pots.”
