“I ordered ladybird larave to be shipped week commencing 26th May. They turned up without warning the week before (i.e. 20th May) no email alert and I was not expecting the delivery that week. Since then I received an email stating the items would be shipped 2nd June. Nothing has arrived. Inconsistentency.”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. I can see the order placed for delivery date week commencing 26th May, I am very sorry to hear that this had arrived sooner. From the order, it appears that only 1 pack of these has been ordered, once these are marked as delivered on our system, you will receive an automated email to let you know that the order has been shipped, however you won't receive an additional delivery, this email is generated for invoicing purposes only.
