“Nemaslug was cheaper here than elsewhere. It was shipped when promised with a decent expiry date on it. Appreciated being able to confidently order ahead. Very happy.”

“The buying process of the product was quick and easy. Unfortunately the main item I bought (a willow trellis) was broken when it arrived. The thin end had smashed branches, pictures attached. Apart from that the product is great and the service too. I would like to receive a voucher or small compensation to account for the damage.”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. Unfortunately we don't advise on how the windbreak can be attached as it can vary on whether you would like to attach to wooden sleepers or a panel of a greenhouse and this would vary from item. The greenhouse insulation clips are mainly used with our greenhouse insultation kits which would contain instructions on how to fit, however when bought seperately, they don't include instructions as can be used in a variety of reasons. “The package arrived damaged and missing parts which was down to the delivery company. Contacted gardening Naturally and Catlin was very polite and helpful. She advised on what parts were missing and they were sent out again and I received the parts within 2 days. Very good service and I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy fruit cages to use this company. Still need to put the cage together.”

“When the order arrived, one of the bottles had leaked and was nearly empty. The packaging was destroyed and Royal Mail had done a very good job in protecting what was left. On contacting Gardening Naturally, they immediately sent a replacement, which was fine, although once again, it had leaked a little but not enough to make a further complaint.”

“The items when they arrived were fine but the packing was awful! Two replacement greenhouse vent tubes were ordered, posted out just in a thin plastic bag - one of the items had poked its way out and was lost in the post, the second sticking through the plastic when the postman delivered it. After discussion with GN they sent out a replacement - I asked them to pack it better but was again sent out in a thin plastic bag. The replacement arrived but again was on its way out! They really need to rethink how things like this are packed, it may be "green" to minimise packing but not if items are lost or damaged as a result. The staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful.”

“The product is 'OK' but the way it is packed is a total disaster. It definitely needs two people, both with considerable patience, to disentangle the 'birds nest' of entagled plastic to discover that you have been sent material that is 1.7m wide but wrapped (tangled) in a roll that is only 30 cms wide. Sort the packing and despatch out and you may have a viable product”
