“I have placed several orders over the last couple of years with Gardening Naturally and have never been disappointed. I have telephoned to ask for assistance with ordering a vegetable farm and found them friendly, polite and patient ! The items are always sent promptly,well packaged and as described on their website or in their catalogue. I particularly like the company's ethos of trying to garden without harmful pesticides etc.”

“The traces of any bug, especially vine weevil, really gets me going. The fact that Gardening naturally can deliver nematodes in a couple of days is a great relief!! I couldn't be more pleased with their service.”

“Nemitodes arrived a day early - no problem, as allowed for delay within Royal Mail. We have purchased nematodes from Gardening Naturally on several occasions, but may buy other items from the Impressive catalogue in future.”

“This was my first purchase from Gardening Naturally and I will definitely be shopping with them again. I also bought a greenhouse louvre arm on Amazon on the same day, not realising who the retailer was, I won't be doing that again! I much prefer to buy direct especially with such efficient delivery. The hoop rods are tough and pliable and the netting is perfect as a cover for my hen run, great to be able to order it by the metre.”

“One item arrived on time and was as described and was better than expected. The other took longer than expected (it was expected to take 2 weeks) and was damaged. This problem was rectified extremely quickly and efficiently by Garden Naturally. Thank you. (I am rating the poorer item in the 4 spaces below as it is not possible to rate both.) I now cannot change the rating, having hovered close to 'About Me' and 'Delivery Times'. There seems to be aproblem with the website.”

“Gardening Naturally's Caitlin moved very fast to put things right after the external courier company they used for our deliver firstly claimed 'We called by and you were out' ... when they they didn't, and we weren't. And then the same company proceeded to destroy our goods in transit. Caitlin couldn't have done more and so full marks to Garderning Naturally. But maybe re-think the delivery arrangements as you're putting your hard-won reputation in the hands of an unnacountable - and unreachable - third party.”
