“Ordering was simple, and the protective netting we ordered for a fruit tree seems fine although we haven't actually used it yet. The different sizes and options were clearly explained and the price reasonable. The website was easy to navigate and the whole experience trouble free.”

“Bought a Premium Double Arm/Spring Greenhouse Autovent with Easy Clip automatic window opener for my greenhouse. Looking at the description on the website, it seemed to fit all greenhouses but unfortunately it doesn't fit mine. There is not enough depth of frame to accept the fittings of the product on the greenhouse or window. Probably an effective product when it fits.”

“Cannot find any fault with any of the products I purchase from you. Regretably your delivery partner DHL provide an abysmal service. Despite sending an email giving a delivery slot of 1 hour they missed that entirely and did not deliver on day one. On day two I was again sent an email giving a 1 hour delivery slot and they were over 5 hours late. I now have serious reservations about ordering any further products due to the potential amount of lost time waiting for delivery.”
