“The cover arrived within 2 working days as promised. Initial observations shows it is good quality but only time will tell. Good value for money as well due to the size I needed”

“The goods are excellent value for money but delivery was not next day. Before we ordered the goods I rang the number to confirm delivery and was told that a Thursday afternoon order would be received on Saturday. We got a receipt of the order but never got the date or time. On Monday I received a call saying the gods would arrive Tuesday but we were not available on Tuesday due to working commitment. Finally got the goods on Wednesday morning. The delivery man was extremely helpful. Will use this company again but make sure we order early in the week to ensure no delays on the order”

“Very prompt delivery of the item ordered. Don’t think the fastening of a drawstring is quite as secure as the previous cover I had, time will tell.”

“Prompt delivery, quality appears good. Would have said "excellent" had the covers been made with eyelets to facilitate tie-downs (windy location). (Note for purchasers - The front of the covers are where the draw-strings are, not obvious IMO)”

“Very pleased with the furniture cover. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup between ordering and delivery which meant that there was a bit of a delay in receiving the goods. However, the customer service was good overall and the difficulty was sorted out quickly.”
