“Good product range and item ordered appears well made and fit for purpose ( waterproof table cover) Website easy to use and good communication from company confirming order. Only thing letting purchase down was the delivery company used. Delivery was attempted when we were out as there had been no notification that delivery was going to be attempted. No note left to say delivery had been attempted and parcel was just left with a neighbour! As we were unaware it had been left elsewhere it was several days before our neighbour was able to bring it round to us. I know delivery was free but the courier really need to do better. Also no reply via e mail from the company when I tried to chase delivery status.”

“Fits the bench well. The eyelets can be fastened to ensure that the weather doesn't blow the cover off. A fastener is provided to link through the eyelets.”

“Cover arrived within a few days and fits well. Very lightweight but it's what I expected and for the price is value for money. I didn't get Email telling me item had been dispatched but was kept informed of delivery time by APC. Would be happy to use GardenFurnitureCovers again.”

“Ordered two garden furniture covers for two different items and of two different qualities. Both seem well priced for the quality. Have only just put them into use, so cannot comment on wear and tear etc. I would have awarded 5* but downgraded it due to poor communication during the ordering process. Received no notification when the delivery was delayed, I had to enquire... Then when delivery arrived it was for one item and neither of the ones I'd ordered. Emailed to advise and got no reply. So phoned and was told it was in hand. It was, but how am I to know that? Correct items duly arrived without notification, then later that day the wrong item was collected, both by Evri. It appears to me that you are all doing the right thing, but the customer doesn't know that, if you don't keep them in the loop! I accept that mistakes happen and it was corrected promptly without fuss. But bizarrely of all, the email request to make this review was the day after I placed the order.! It should go out when delivery made!”

“Fits very well to my cantilever parasol. Well shaped to accommodate curved support arm profile. Nice length, to fully cover adjustment handle and winder. Reasonable quality material. Time will tell on durability and UV resistance. Good value. Recommended.”
