“Top day out and presentation. I'm a retired A&E doc and I've now found a great new hobby - cooking with my Kamado. No more incinerations or chewy BBQ's. And my wife is already pleased with efforts.”

“I just wanted to say thank you for the service and delivery of my Masterbuilt 800. It is assembled, pre-seasoned and in use (see attached picture – yep decided to go big and smoke a Wing Rib)! Your service was great – very good communication and parcels arrived on time (my chasing was unnecessary). Assembly was easy.”

“Ordered a Komado Joe. Got a phone call a little later to confirm the order and discuss any add ons. This could sound like up-selling, but when making a large purchase I appreciate the after-sale contact to make sure I'm getting what I want. Delivered next working day by a local palate courier with a few extra bits to boot.”

“An excellent company and staff. Finally had my BBQ and Fridge delivered yesterday. After lengthy discussions and browsing in the showroom I found the people there to be very knowledgable and helpful in their advice. After I purchased the items they also kindly agreed to store them for me until required as a builder had let me down finishing some work. Very please with all the service from the Team there.”
