“I bought my Kamado Joe Classic III from Garden Box. Bought as a bundle and very pleased with the contents and the price for the bundle. The Joe arrived promptly and I'm happy with the overall service from Garden Box. It turns out, I'm halfway through putting it together. But all the parts are there and in good order. I'm sure if there had been a problem Garden Box would have looked after me.”

“Outstanding personal service. Ordered 2 bags of charcoal and promptly received an email about arranging collection and offering me the brand I'd ordered as well as an alternative (Globaltic) with the differences in smoke/flavour profiles. On the back of this, I called into their showroom and ordered myself another bbq. From start to finish, outstanding service.”

“I have been very impressed with Garden Box. Their pricing was attractive backed up by very responsive service. The shipping company confused emails with another customer - Steve promptly called and sorted that and the product itself was missing some bits. I got a call back within an hour of emailing, again by Steve. Obviously this is down to the manufacturer, but I have no doubt it will be resolved. None of these matters were the responsibility of GardenBox and we dont live in a perfect world so mistakes do happen. Key for me is always how retailers respond and sort them. GardenBox has been first rate, concerned that mishaps happened but were absolutely on it to resolve. Very reassuring and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.”

“Fantastic service from start to end - ordered a product on the website which was nil-stocked. Spoke with the the team on the phone and they sorted me out with an alternative item at no extra cost to me. It was really nice to speak with people that can make decisions to solve customer service issues, than some big corporate call-centre that can’t be reasonable. Would definitely shop with Garden Box again!!!!”

“This is a genuine review from my recent purchase with gardenbox. I'm very glad I chose this company for my purchase as several other had listed the same item for similar prices however the service and advice I received was above and beyond the usual online retailers. I purchased a napoleon freestyle 365 grill. The product is fantastic and I'm very pleased with it, well worth the extra money and I highly reccomend it to anyone on the fence about buying one. The gus at gardenbox ensure I chose the right product to suit my use and informed me about all the finer details and options with the grill. The aftercare was also excellent and they had me up and running within one phone call. 5 stars well deserved 👏 🙌 ✨️”
