“Poorly designed product broken on arrival. Massive delay in delivery but no updates given. Arrived without prior notice lucky a neighbour took it in.”

“Ordered garden circle pergpla. The supplier cancelled the delivery on six separate occasssions. I eventually cancelled order. Garden Chic kept saying this matter was beyond their control.”

“I ordered the woodland planter which wes described as 500mmx 500mm x 1000mm. On enquiring was told they were OVERALL measurements as after I received and measured its only 400mmx400mm x940.The description is misleading as it also said ' a planting depth of 20 inches'. The description should have the correct sizes especially depth. I just wanted to make this point. I was not offered any reduction in price as I felt I should have been.”

Hello, As is standard practise the dimensions on our website are external measurements unless otherwise stated on such items as greenhouses and sheds which will have a footprint dimensions stated as well as external dimensions. We explained this to you at the time and as the item was not mis-described in any way at all we did not offer any form of compensation as we listed the item correctly on our website. We did offer to collect the item and refund you in full but this offer was turned down.

“delivery took nearly a month, way too long in this day and age, was stated to take 5 to 15, which is quite a long time in itself, delivery firm said they tried to contact me and left voice mails, well I didnt get them, just an excuse, only got a delivery date after i contacted them”
