“Although was a slight delay with the delivery promised Tuesday but did not arrive until Friday due to drivers itinerary the driver was very apologetic and delevered on time promised fro friday Product excellent easy to install and makes my 1937 Banbury garage look brand new excelent value for money about 1/3 of the cost quoted by my local garage door company for the same product”

“Not the first door we have bought we normally buy direct from cardale. Purchasing straight forward delivery always a problem but on this particular purchase no one actually told us when delivery was happening and we only found out the day after yourselves/cardale tried to deliver it to site as requested when ordered and no one was their for it as no one knew then you couldn't deliver for another week nor give us a AM or PM time slot for the only day it could be delivered so we had to take the delivery at our premises meaning we had to hire a specific size van to get it to site so loosing more of the small profit we made being swallowed up. It has put us off ordering again and also using cardale again.”

Unforutnately we cannot comment for Cardale, but we can advise that all deliveries are direct from the manufacturers. We will pass this on to have the transport team look into to avoid disapointment in the future. Delivery protocal is usually a call 24 hours before the confirmed delivery day, and then up to 1 hour before the delivery.
