“Ordered a golden oak canopy garage to be fitted by myself, order process was 1st class and communication as regards delivery was excellent. Delivery driver came early evening but had already sent a voice mail to inform us of the delivery slot, he even had on his delivery sheet we were on holiday the next week. Very pleased. Alex”

“I bought the lowest cost manual steel roller door and I am very happy with it! The instructions could be a little clearer (as with pretty much all DIY installation items these days) but overall it was pretty easy to install. You definitely need a second person but neither of you need to be Olympic body builders or indeed that adept in DIY. If I moved somewhere else I would buy again.”

“Good price BUT...... I had to make contact and ask when it was going to be delivered as I didnt hear anything and the 2 weeks delivery date had passed.......no call on delivery date as told!!......door was wrong delivered without frame & vertical design not the horizontal with frame as per my order.....I would have spotted all of this if I was called prior to delivery!....the replacement delivery was ment to turn up on a Monday but Turned up on Tuesday....but did get a call this time!! Door is good but it was 2 weeks late and not as per my order which took the shine of it!!!”

“I ordered garage door on 26th May but I haven't received . Now I have to wait it for till July 11. Very long waiting time.”

The manufacturers are currently expereincing delays on the door you have ordered with us, unfortunately further extending the lead time by 2 weeks. “Very good company, door came on time and well packaged. No problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.”

“The Door arrived well packaged and easy to move. It did take two of us to erect it or put in the gap! The instructions could have been clearer. The phrasing used was not accurate. The door works very smoothly and efficiently. It is constructed in metal with a protected finish, which is smart and hopefully hard wearing.”

“Waited over a month for the ordered item which was being delivered via a Freight forwarder. Garage Door confimred they would notify prior to shipping, which they did not. Chased up after 6 weeks to be informed they have delivered 10 days ago, still trying to lovate this item. They may have a good product, but their service leaves a lot to be desired and I think I am going to be chasing a refund if the item ordered is not located soon. Very dissapointed and will not be ordering from them again”

“Easy quick way to order and prompt early delivery. Extremely good finish and easy to install and at a very fair and competitive price”

“Door was delivered with insufficient muscle to unload it. Fortunately my son was in and helped unload the door. When I installed the door the right hand open latch was fine but the left hand door mechanism fouled the top and I had to strip it back and put in some washers to bring the mechanism down a bit. Finally when I tried to close the right hand door the latch pushes the fixed portion back and I have to push it back into place and then close the right door using the key.”

All parts are also covered under a 2 year manufacturers warranty for extra peice of mind. “Excellent door very good quality and was very easy to fit. Have had few comments on how good my garage now looks”

“Garage door was simple to fix, but the instructions were abysmal. There was no reference to two plates that have to be removed in order to get the door to open. Simple diagrams would have helped. Final tensioning of the spring was quite difficult and necessitated using two 22mm open ended spanners.”

“The door was ordered complete with frame, lock and handle, it came fully assembled, there was clear concise instructions for installation supplied and it was well wrapped for protection during transport.
