Not the first door we have bought we normally buy direct from cardale. Purchasing straight forward delivery always a problem but on this particular purchase no one actually told us when delivery was happening and we only found out the day after yourselves/cardale tried to deliver it to site as requested when ordered and no one was their for it as no one knew then you couldn't deliver for another week nor give us a AM or PM time slot for the only day it could be delivered so we had to take the delivery at our premises meaning we had to hire a specific size van to get it to site so loosing more of the small profit we made being swallowed up. It has put us off ordering again and also using cardale again.
