Poor service. No Order Confirmation received with a delivery date! Chased up later, told them to cancel. Given runaround, person on holiday, left for the day and such. Been 6 weeks now and still waiting on a refund. May have to go via Credit Card for a refund.

All order confirmations are emailed the following morning pertaining to all orders placed online and as previously discussed with you I can only but apologise again as this appeared to of not of happened. Please be assured your refund has been authorised after there being an initial delay due to production having started on your order. Ordered door, website states you will be informed of delivery, not informed despite having email and phone no. Arrived damaged not fit for purpose after 4 weeks so informed garage door sale as instructed immediately. Sent photo as requested and then asked to send more photos which I did. Phone after a week to be told it being dealt with under warranty but not to worry because we can see substantial damage from photo. Another week goes by so I phone and now they want more photos as only damage to the front is covered, apparently your door can be wrecked at the rear but as long as front is ok that’s good enough. Long story short KEEP clear of this company, pay more for professionalism or you will have a damaged door and hole in your bank account like me. Shame on you garage door sale.

I ordered a conker brown Regent f/f canopy garage door for my customer in Bourneville,Birmingham in October 2017. It arrived on site covered in polythene on Wednesday,8th.,November 2017. It was subsequently stored inside the garage awaiting fitting. On the day of the fitting the original garage door and timber surround were removed to begin with. The original garage door was 'parked' outside the garage on a nearby wall and was quickly collected by a local scrap-metal firm. When the new timber surround had been constructed and partially fitted,the polythene sheeting was taken off the new garage door stored in the garage. And to our shock and horror FOUR very noticeable dents were discovered on the embossed squares of the Regent panel. We immediately contacted Garage Door Sale about the dents and they requested photographic evidence in email attachments,which were then subsequently sent. They also gave us permission to hang the new dented garage door to give my customer security for her garage. On Wednesday,10 January 2018,the replacement Regent garage door was delivered to site and the first Regent was taken off and away it went in the lorry. Upon removing the polythene sheeting from the second Regent garage door,to our shock and horror it was found to have dents on the embossed squares similar to the first one. We immediately contacted Garage Door Sale about the dents and this door had to be fitted to the garage for security purposes. They again requested photographic evidence,which was submitted in email attachments. The third Regent garage door was delivered to site on 14 February 2018 and the second one was taken off and loaded onto the lorry and off it went. Upon removing the polythene and this time cardboard from the panel-guess wha To our shock and horror-this third Regent panel was dented worse than the first and second ones. At this stage I demanded a full refund.which Garage Door Sale agreed to and paid. Now my gripe is this. Garage Door Sale caused my 83 year old customer considerable distress over this matter and I was caused considerable inconvenience and additional work because of this company's incompetence. At no stage have they compensated my customer for the distress caused by them. At no stage have they financially compensated me for all the extra time and work I have had to put in to this job due to them. And at no stage have they financially compensated me for all the time I have had to spend with my customer to deal with her distress. Would I use this company ever again or recommend them? Absolutely not. They are a disgrace.

Had a absolute nightmare with with door I ordered late November last year to be told door would take 3-4 weeks. I had not heard anything about delivery so I phoned just after week 3 to ask when delivery would be to then be told there was a human error and the manufacturer had not ordered the door to then be told the door would be a further 3-4 week but will probity be longer due Christmas which is understandable so I then had to chase the door yet again in January finally got a delivery week to then receive a phone call saying door has not arrived and will be a further two weeks before to then which door had finally arrived 11 weeks after I had ordered with this being for a new build garage to leave my client without a door for 2 months and leaving me out of pocket having to compensate my customer for having to wait this long with no offer from anything from yourself. Although garage door was good quality

Good afternoon Chris, As per your email below I can confirm that your order was placed with Garage Door Sale on the 20th of November 2017 this order was then processed the very next day and sent over to Novoferm on the 21st of November (the manufacturer not the supplier). Please see the attached, this confirms that Garage Door Sale had sent your order to the manufacturers. Unfortunately due to a processing error the order was never passed over to Novoferm’ s supplier for the Steel-line product. This error was not noticed as you are aware until you contacted us to chase the delivery. Although every effort was made to try and get this order through quicker, due to the Christmas break we were unable to rush the delivery of the door, this was further put back by a one week delay from the supplier meaning your door was not then delivered to us until 30th January. I believe we then held the delivery of the door off until you returned from your annual leave at your request. All I can do is apologise for the delays in your delivery, and the lack of service that you have received. There has been further processes put in place now to prevent this problem re-occurring, hopefully you would not take this as the level of service usually provided by ourselves, and that we can try and do business again in the future. I ordered garage door on 26th May but I haven't received . Now I have to wait it for till July 11. Very long waiting time.

Waited over a month for the ordered item which was being delivered via a Freight forwarder. Garage Door confimred they would notify prior to shipping, which they did not. Chased up after 6 weeks to be informed they have delivered 10 days ago, still trying to lovate this item. They may have a good product, but their service leaves a lot to be desired and I think I am going to be chasing a refund if the item ordered is not located soon. Very dissapointed and will not be ordering from them again
