“"Really impressed with how knowledgeable the staff are at Future proof. After a phone call from Adrienn, I realised that my old policy didn't offer the best cover for my needs. The new policy includes lots of extras and much better cover for critical illnesses. There was no pressure to upgrade, the phone call was just to inform me of changes to my policy. Adrienn has contacted me since I upgraded to make sure that I am happy and that I have received all of my documents. I am also contacted regularly by email to make sure any changes are kept up to date. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others".”

“Our point of contact Amy Whittingham was very good. She helped ensure that we supplied the right medical information so we weren't paying too much for insurance. Plus very patient, as we took ages to get everything sorted out at our end.”

“Adrienn was knowledgeable and helpful with her approach. While I managed to acquire insurance on my own in the end I don't believe this would have been as easy without the advice I had been given. I also believe I would have been paying a lot more then I currently am as my condition (I.T.P) usually comes with a big premium. I would absolutely use futureproof again and would recommend to anyone in a similar position”

“I find the staff at Future proof insurance who have delt with me ( Amy and Molly) have been reliable, very helpful, friendly, they both were very easy to talk to, good communication, and knowledge about what I wanted in my policy. I was given time to decide what I wanted and what the company could do foe me. Keep up the good work.”

“I had been paying for life insurance for years which I had bought online, when I received some bad news about a friend it made me look into mine more and realised I had the wrong policy. I gave future proof a call and Amy talked through the critical illness and life policies, payouts and length of policy. It was great that someone explained all this, sent me all the info to look over, then got me signed up which I didn't feel any pressure to do. All this you can't do on a computer, customers will always need a helpful lady like Amy to talk to at the end of a phone.”
