“Future proof worked very hard to find the right cover to suit my needs. As a person with an interesting medical history, finding life cover was never going to be easy. It didn't take long, I felt under no pressure to buy, and they listened to what I wanted and advised accordingly. Fantastic service all round.”

“Although I have held my policies with your company for at least 2 years now I am still getting the occasional call telling me my policy is not " in Trust" ? I am not sure if this is someone impersonating a member of your staff or your left hand isn't sure what your right hand is doing.”

“My experience with Future Proof was only for whole life policies for me and my spouse, and I could not fault the way in which this was handled. My existing policies were reviewed and as a result I took a replacement which gave an improvement in cover and cost and for a longer term. I was obviously very pleased with the result and know that Future Proof will continue to keep an eye on our policies to ensure that we continue to get good value and cover with quality companies. Excellent service efficiently handled - can't ask for better.”

“Like a lot of people, I tried to find insurance online. I soon found the process time consuming as I tried to compare the different policies. A friend recommended Futureproof. They gave me clear and concise information and a provide a variety of options. I was able to obtain a package which suited my needs within my budget. Well done!”

“With Future Proof I was given good advice by staff who took the time to find out what I really needed and were willing to help me make the right decisions. They contact me on a regular basis to make sure I am still happy with the policy I have and to see if my circumstances have changed. Always friendly and always helpful.”

“I've always had great help with David over the years,I had a cold call from another company who I thought were the same company and they made such a mess of my husband 's and my policy that we nearly lost our policies but thanks to David at future proof all was sorted within that day I will never trust another company again”

“As head of the family, (I like to think so anyway ) I encouraged my husband and son to take out life insurance. I found it very easy to deal with the staff from future proof. They are informative, helpful and attentive. They call you back if they are required to do so and talk you through any questions you may need answering. I found them particularly helpful when we were trying to fill out the trust forms.They were patient and polite and felt that we were valued customers. I would not hesitate in recommending them.”
