A complete disaster, their underwriter team wanted so much unreasonable proof of identity so unusual and only asked for it at the end of the terms agreement. As a British Expat abroad this service level wasted my time. The customer contact acting on behalf of Future Proof agreed with me that the identity checks by their team was unreasonable.. Disappointed and let down by this service. If seeking life insurance with this company.. go somewhere else.. Wasted my time..!

We are sorry that your experience was not a positive one.

Unfortunately, the identification information requested for those living and working abroad are a legal requirement in establishing an individuals identity. We always try to be as flexible as possible but in this instance, we have to work within the law.

I would rate this lot zero if it was possible.

Overall service I would say is modest could sense that when I was trying to get the best affordable deal for me that the representative just seemed to want me to pay more and was not interested in the best deal for me.

I also want to be clear hear. This lot on 4 separate occasions after giving them my changed address managed to mess it up. I Called AIG today and found out not only could they not complete something as simple as a change of address but even after the 3 attempts in which they had to do so they still couldn't even get that right of which they provided AIG the wrong house number in which my new policy details are already on there way to.

To state that I am enraged is an understatement and if they cannot get something as simple as address details right then I have to wonder what else did they get wrong?

Not to be trusted if they cannot get the simplest of things right. Remember it is your loved ones futures you are putting into there hands!!

I understand the address error is frustrating and has provoked your reaction, so when I called to discuss the advice and the policy provided I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the actual policy and the process in setting it up (barring the address fiasco!), although you would still like to review the detail. I have previously furnished you with the policy key features and comparisons with other products so you can fully understand why we recommended the product you have taken out.
