“I would like to thank Adrienn at Future proof for an outstanding service. Due to my husbands complex medical issues previous insurance brokers were unable to source life insurance. From the beginning of the process Adrienne assured me that although it may take some time she would not give up until she had acquired a good policy for him. She was correct. Her advice has been invaluable. She provided a very professional yet personal service and we are very happy with the policy now in place. Thank you to all at future proof. “Each of the advisers to whom I spoke were extremely knowledgable, courteous and charming, not to mention pro-active and creative. I now have the life and terminal illness cover that I want until the year that I potentially need it, and when I began the discussions with the staff at Future Proof I had no idea that it would be possible. Their professionalism and care is, in my experience, quite uncommon in this day and age. Insurance is quite an impersonal subject, yet quite individual-specific particualrly in life cover. I never felt that the staff were offering me a service and advice that was anything but tailored to my precise needs to such an extent that until their proposals were made I had not even quite known how precise my needs were. They did! Thank you so much!”
